Robo Tribe was written during a time when people all around the world have been fighting for their voices to be heard. In response, Passwar D dreamed up this future of man and machine, living peacefully in a symbiotic way. Human uniqueness is nurtured and amplified in this new world. Technology helps man to celebrate individualistic dynamism. It is not about good over evil or virtuosity over ignorance. It is about the acknowledgment of the multidimensionality of homo sapiens. In this future world, technology and artificial intelligence help humans break free from constraints. Artists can travel back into history, resurrecting the lost knowledge, infusing ancient crafts with modern technology, and coming up with creative ideas with roots in the past and the future. It is within this context, Robo Tribe (Magdalena Baczewska Remix) was conceived.

THE ALBUM
The inaugural album "Personal Cosmology" is a sonic take on human imaginations by an otherworldly being, Passwar D. The album consists of 11 tracks and various collaborative remixes that exploit a melange of sounds, effects, textures, and rhythms, an amalgamation of Passwar D's bewildered curiosities on the world around him.PASSWAR D
Passwar D is an extraterrestrial creature from outer space. He is deeply intrigued by human experiences and the complicated emotions evoked. He articulates his earthly experiences and observations through music. The type of music Passwar D produces is experimental electronica. His focus is to fortify the aural intricacies of electronic music that reflect human emotional complexity through peculiar sound effect experiments and rich textural explorations. Polish-born pianist and harpsichordist Magdalena Baczewska [pronounced ba-CHEV-ska] enjoys a multifaceted career as a concert artist, educator, and speaker. Baczewska is Professor of Music and Director of the Music Performance Program at Columbia University. She performed internationally with the world’s leading orchestras: Philadelphia Orchestra, San Francisco Symphony, China National Symphony, Vancouver Symphony, among others.
